Work in four-colour process There are various systems for defining the colors within a graphic file: one of the most widespread is the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) code. Unfortunately, with this system it is not possible to identify the wide range of colors visible to the human eye. For this reason, giving the printer the RGB codes risks ending up with colors that are different from those visible on the PC screen. For this reason it is good to work with the CMYK code (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key Black), better known as "four-color". Although four-colour process covers a wider range of colours, sometimes it is not enough to print the exact nuance desired: this is why it is always a good idea to deliver the corresponding Pantone codes in a separate file . 2. Attention to margins When a graphic file is printed, attention must be paid to the cutting and trimming margins that will bring the final product to the desired format. These vary from printer to printer, which is why it is always good to consult your printer before proceeding with the creation of graphic material. 3. Image quality When creating advertising materials, the inclusion of photographs or illustrations is inevitable. In order to avoid undefined and poor quality prints, attention must be paid to the resolution , i.e. the density of dots in an inch (Dots Per Inches). For excellent quality printing, a resolution of 300 DPI is generally required .

RELY ON A PROFESSIONAL: HERE'S WHY

As we have seen so far, to successfully print a file you need to have quite a lot of know-how. This is why relying on a professional in the sector is always a winning card: they will be able to follow you from the creation of the file itself, up to the choice of the most suitable type of print so that it takes into account the budget and the desired final quality. In this way you will obtain better results, in shorter times and also saving on the creation of the finished product.

Copywriting and Proofreading – Layout of Annual Reports and financial texts for Financial Statements and Quarterly Reports, Snapshots, Company Profile – Multilingual translations, with dedicated customer service – Proofreading with professional proofreaders – Digitization of catalogs from paper to integrated digital.
